All bookings made through SkillPort Rentals are subject to availability and confirmation. The renter must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of booking. The individual making the reservation must meet the minimum age requirement specified by SkillPort Rentals and must hold a valid driving license. International customers may be required to present an International Driving Permit along with their original driving license, passport, and visa copy where applicable.

The rental period begins at the agreed pickup date and time and ends at the agreed return date and time. Vehicles must be returned on time and in the same condition as they were provided, excluding normal wear and tear. Late returns may result in additional rental charges. Any extension of the rental period must be approved in advance by SkillPort Rentals.

Rental prices are calculated based on the selected vehicle, rental duration, and applicable pricing rules displayed during the booking process. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected, subject to deductions for traffic fines, toll charges, damages, or violations incurred during the rental period. SkillPort Rentals reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

All vehicles are provided in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition. The renter is responsible for the vehicle throughout the rental period and must ensure that it is used responsibly and in accordance with local traffic laws. The renter shall be liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of these terms. Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited and may result in cleaning charges.

Basic insurance coverage is included unless otherwise stated. Insurance coverage does not apply in cases of reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, unauthorized drivers, or use of the vehicle for illegal purposes. Any insurance excess or deductible amount remains the responsibility of the renter.

In the event of an accident, breakdown, or mechanical issue, the renter must inform SkillPort Rentals immediately. A valid police report is mandatory for all accidents. Replacement vehicles, if available, are subject to company policy and availability. SkillPort Rentals shall not be held liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Cancellations and modifications must be made according to the cancellation policy applicable at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per company policy. SkillPort Rentals reserves the right to cancel any booking if false information is provided or if the terms are violated, without obligation to issue a refund.

SkillPort Rentals is committed to protecting customer privacy. Personal information collected during booking is used solely for service delivery, verification, and legal compliance. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except where required by law or necessary to complete the booking process.
