Refunds are applicable only to eligible cancellations made in accordance with the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking. Cancellations requested before the scheduled pickup time may qualify for a full or partial refund, depending on the notice period provided. Any applicable cancellation charges or administrative fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the rental period has begun, for no-shows, or for unused rental days once the vehicle has been collected. Early returns do not entitle the customer to a refund for the unused portion of the rental period unless explicitly approved by SkillPort Rentals in writing.
Security deposits, where applicable, are refundable after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided there are no damages, traffic fines, toll charges, fuel discrepancies, or violations during the rental period. Refunds of security deposits may take several working days to process, depending on banking and payment provider timelines.
Refunds will not be issued for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic restrictions, government regulations, or force majeure events. Additionally, refunds will not be provided if the rental agreement is terminated due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. SkillPort Rentals is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment processors. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
SkillPort Rentals reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
