Delivery & Pickup

After you book, we confirm your preferred time and location. We deliver the car to your address and collect it at the end of your rental (within eligible service areas).

We deliver to approved locations such as homes, hotels, and offices. Delivery availability and fees depend on distance and time slot.

Yes, a delivery/pickup fee may apply based on your location and timing. The total is shared before confirmation so there are no surprises.

In many cases, yes—subject to availability. Late/early time slots may include an additional service fee.

We verify your documents, confirm the deposit/payment, and do a quick vehicle walkaround. You’ll receive the car details and return instructions.

Please inform us as early as possible. We’ll try to reschedule based on availability. Waiting time or re-delivery charges may apply.

Required Documents

You’ll need a valid driver’s license and a valid payment method. Additional verification may be required depending on the booking.

Yes, in most cases. Some renters may also need a passport/ID for verification depending on local requirements.

Yes. The driver must present the original, valid license at the time of delivery/pickup.

The person receiving the car must be the approved primary driver on the booking and must show the required documents.

Deposit & Insurance

Some rentals require a refundable security deposit. The amount depends on the vehicle and rental duration and is confirmed before final approval. But usually the Cars are without a security deposit.

After the vehicle is returned and inspected, the refund is processed according to the payment method/bank timeline (typically within a few business days).
Coverage varies by booking. Any insurance/protection options and what’s included are clarified during booking or in your confirmation.

Please report it immediately. Charges depend on the rental agreement and the protection/coverage selected (if applicable). Always needed is a filed police record of the accident.

Extensions (Extend Rental)

Yes—extensions are allowed if the vehicle is available for the extra days. Contact us before your end time to confirm.
Message or call with your booking details and new return date/time. We’ll confirm availability and share the updated total.
It may, depending on season, availability, and the updated duration. We’ll always confirm the new price before finalizing.
Unapproved late returns may result in additional charges. Please contact us early so we can arrange it properly.

Invoice & Payment

After booking confirmation, we send you an invoice/payment link. You can pay securely online using

Yes. You’ll receive a professional invoice including rental charges, delivery/pickup fees (if any) and deposit details.

Yes. We can send a Stripe payment link for your booking so you can pay online securely.
